We are conducting a clinical trial to investigate how helpful and acceptable people find an online psychological pain management program (the Endometriosis Pain Course), which is designed to help people manage the impacts of endometriosis-related pain on emotional wellbeing and quality of life. The Endometriosis Pain Course provides helpful information about the pain system and endometriosis, and draws links between pain and its impacts on our emotional wellbeing and daily activities. The program teaches proven skills people can use to maintain their emotional wellbeing, and gradually increase and maintain activity levels. Importantly, this study is free to those living in Australia, internet-delivered and offers the option of phone support provided by a Clinical Psychologist.

Eligible participants will have an endometriosis diagnosis, experience pain related to endometriosis which impacts their daily life and emotional wellbeing, be aged 18 years or over and live in Australia. Participants will be asked to complete 5 brief online lessons over 8 weeks and to complete some simple homework tasks (eg practising skills from the lessons) that will help them remember the material they have learned. Each lesson provides important information about techniques for managing pain and emotional wellbeing, with illustrated examples of how people learn these techniques. Each lesson takes about 15 to 30 minutes to complete

Participants will also be asked to complete online questionnaires at 4 time points. These questionnaires will help determine whether the Course has been helpful and is an opportunity for participants to provide feedback about the Course and offer suggestions for improvement. Participants will have access to the Endometriosis Pain Course for approximately 6 months if they continue to participate in the research.
