Become a corporate partner
Business can’t ignore pelvic pain. Yours can change it.
When your company stands with people living with pelvic pain, you help people stay engaged in education, work and everyday life.
Pelvic Pain affects 1 in 5 women and 1 in 12 men at some time in their life – yet it is a condition that is rarely discussed. In Australia, pelvic pain is a major but under-recognised health burden. It impacts attendance, productivity, mental health and family finances, yet support is still patchy and hard to find.
Schools, workplaces, and health systems are telling us they need practical education and clearer pathways to care. Partnering with the Pelvic Pain Foundation of Australia (PPFA) lets your business respond directly to that need with evidence-based programs, trusted information and national reach.
Corporate support is one of the fastest ways to reach people earlier, build a better-trained health workforce, and create a community where pelvic pain is taken seriously.
$7.4 billion a year
That's the estimated annual cost of endometriosis to the Australian economy — $2.6 billion of it in lost workplace productivity. Pelvic pain isn't only a health issue. It's a workforce issue. Partnering with PPFA supports our Education, Advocacy and Research work, and gives your organisation a credible way to stand behind positive change.

Partner with PPFA to make pelvic pain a workplace issue that is understood, not overlooked
Pelvic pain and endometriosis cost the Australian economy an estimated $7.4 billion each year. An estimated $6.5 billion of that cost comes from lost productivity. For employers, this affects attendance, participation and staff wellbeing. For people living with pelvic pain, it can mean working through pain, delayed care and feeling unable to speak openly at work.
The Pelvic Pain Foundation of Australia (PPFA) is building practical, credible partnerships with businesses that want to help change this. Your annual investment supports PPFA’s Education, Advocacy and Research pillars, while giving your organisation a clear way to show support for better pelvic pain awareness.
-
PPFA is a national charity working to improve awareness, education, advocacy and research in pelvic pain, periods and endometriosis.
Our work is grounded in proven national delivery. In 2024–25, PPEP Talk® reached more than 34,500 students and staff through 758 sessions in every Australian state and territory. 99.8% of participating schools said they wanted PPEP Talk® to return. At PPFA’s national seminar, 100% of attending GPs rated PPFA the best pelvic pain education provider in the country.
-
Whether you have a defined budget or are just exploring options, the first step is a conversation. We’ll listen to what matters to your business, share where PPFA most needs support, and shape a partnership that feels purposeful and practical for your team.
-
Pelvic pain is both a human issue and a workplace issue. It affects people across industries, roles and life stages. It also carries a measurable economic cost through lost productivity.
A PPFA partnership gives your business a credible health cause to support, useful content for staff and audiences, and visible association with a national charity working for better pelvic pain education, advocacy and research.
