Susan Evans
Chair and Founder
Associate Professor Susan Evans is a Gynaecologist, Specialist Pain Medicine Physician, Researcher, Author and Advocate from Adelaide with particular interest in the management of pelvic pain. She is the author of 2 books, ‘Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain’ and ‘When Periods Hurt - A Guide to Periods, Pain and Endometriosis for Teens’, and has completed a PhD investigating the relationships between period pain, pelvic pain, endometriosis and the immune system. She has a longstanding commitment to improving the quality of life for Australians living with pelvic pain, coupled with a strong passion for fostering a resilient and well-supported health workforce.

Alexandra Diggles
Vice Chair
Alexandra is an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist and a Specialist Women’s, Men’s & Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, recognised by the Australian College of Physiotherapy. She has dedicated her career to improving the lives of individuals experiencing pelvic pain, incontinence, and prolapse. Her expertise spans adolescent and paediatric bladder and bowel disorders, as well as comprehensive care for women throughout pregnancy and postpartum.
As a Titled Pain Physiotherapist, Alex brings a deep understanding of pain science to her practice, helping patients manage and overcome dysfunction caused by complex pain disorders. She is actively involved in teaching, research, and service promotion, working to advance the field of pelvic health physiotherapy and improve patient outcomes.

Donna Benge
Secretary
Donna is a Partner at Piper Alderman’s Private Client Services practice, specialising in trusts, succession planning and deceased estates. She is a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP), the leading worldwide professional body in the field of trusts, governance, estates and related issues. She is also a committee member of STEP South Australia. Donna advises the Board on issues of governance and policy.

Kathy Allen
Treasurer
Kathy Allen is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience consulting to a wide range of businesses and medical practices. Kathy is a director of Trellis Accounting, and specialises in helping businesses improve their management systems, grow their businesses and creatively (and legally) minimise their tax. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and was the inaugural winner of the CA President’s Award and is also a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Tax Institute of Australia and a member of Family Business Australia.

Sneha Wadhwani
Non Executive Director
Dr Sneha is a highly experienced General Practitioner with over 15 years of medical practice, specialising in women’s and child health. A Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP), she originally trained at the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, where she earned her medical and surgical degrees in 2002. Her dedication to advancing women’s healthcare has driven her to pursue postgraduate qualifications in obstetrics, gynaecology, family planning, sexual health, and paediatrics.
Dr Sneha has a diverse clinical background, having spent over a decade in hospital-based gynaecology roles in the UK, including work in menopause clinics, fertility, general gynaecology, and urogynaecology. After relocating to Australia in 2015, she established Women’s Health Clinics in Maroubra and Bondi, later expanding the model to a national scale. Beyond clinical practice, Dr Sneha is a conjoint lecturer at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) School of Medicine and a GP registrar supervisor, shaping the next generation of medical professionals.
