PPEP Talk® for Community Groups
PPEP Talk® for community groups is a modified version of our school-based program, designed to support community groups working with people experiencing disadvantage.
These sessions provide evidence-based education about periods, pelvic pain and endometriosis in a safe, respectful and accessible way. The program is tailored to meet the needs of participants and is suitable for charities, refugee and migrant centres, domestic and family violence services, and other low socioeconomic or priority communities.
The program aims to improve understanding of period and pelvic pain, support earlier help-seeking, and reduce stigma, particularly for those who may face barriers to accessing healthcare or health information.
PPFA delivers a limited number of PPEP Talk® Community sessions each year. Due to high demand and limited capacity, community organisations are encouraged to apply early.
