Event Promotion Request Form for Pelvic Pain Networks (PPNs)

If you are a committee member on QPPN, SAPPN or WAPPN we welcome your event submission via the form below.

To help PPFA support your event promotion efficiently, please provide as much detail as possible when completing this form. Providing complete and confirmed information upfront assists our team workload management to assist with timely marketing, website updates, registrations and event administration processes.

Please submit this form at least 8 weeks before your event date. We recommend events are advertised at least 6 weeks prior to the event date, please factor these timelines into your planning.

Before you begin

You will need to have the following to submit your request:

  • Event title, location, start and time, and a brief summary of event

  • Speaker names, presentation topics, headshots (if applicable)

  • Speaker bios (max 100 words)

  • Sponsor details, including logo

  • Social media handles for tagging
