If you are a committee member on QPPN, SAPPN or WAPPN we welcome your event submission via the form below. To help PPFA support your request to advertise this efficiently, please provide as much detail as possible when completing this form.

Already have a promotional tile/flyer?

If you have already created a social media tile or event graphic, you can simply submit the finished artwork and provide any additional event information via the form below.

Timelines to consider

  • Submit your event request at least 8 weeks before your event date to allow for event promotion 6 weeks prior to your event.

  • Preparing and submitting CPD accreditation documentation can take 2 weeks and processing with the relevant body can take 2-5 weeks.

Before you submit

You will need the following information to submit your request:

  • Event title, location, time, and a brief summary of event

  • Speaker names, presentation topics, brief bio, and headshots (if applicable)

  • Sponsor details, including logo, ABN and contact for invoicing

  • Social media handles for tagging

  • Key messages for event, what is the goal? Consider audience and why would they want to attend your event?

  • CPD accreditation for RACGP, ACRRM and RANZCOG - 2-4 learning outcomes.

  • Would you like to offer this event to non-members by charging a one-off ticket fee?
