Event Promotion Request Form for Pelvic Pain Networks (PPNs)

If you are a committee member on QPPN, SAPPN or WAPPN we welcome your event submission via the form below.

To help PPFA support your event promotion efficiently, please provide as much detail as possible when completing this form. Providing complete and confirmed information upfront assists our team workload management to assist with timely marketing, website updates, registrations and event administration processes.

Please submit this form at least 8 weeks before your event date. We recommend events are advertised at least 6 weeks prior to the event date, please factor these timelines into your planning.

Before you begin

You will need to have the following to submit your request:

  • Event title, location, time, and a brief summary of event

  • Speaker names, presentation topics, brief bio and headshots (if applicable)

  • Sponsor details, including logo, ABN and contact for invoicing

  • Social media handles for tagging

  • Key messages for event, what is the goal? Consider audience and why would they want to attend your event?

  • CPD accreditation for RACGP, ACRRM and RANZCOG - 2-4 learning outcomes
