The Pelvic Pain Foundation of Australia (PPFA) sick bay kit is a comprehensive, clinician-informed resource designed to support students or people in the workplace who present with period or pelvic pain. It equips school nurses, wellbeing officers, and staff with evidence-based tools to provide effective, safe, and practical care — all in one convenient pack.

High quality PPFA Branded Yoga Mat – with stretching guide for targeted movement to relieve pelvic muscle tension
Microwaveable Heat Pack – Washable and reusable, with 3 replacement covers
TENS Machine – A compact and durable unit with alcohol wipes and replacement pads to assist with non-medicated pain relief (8 sets of gel sticky pads included - we suggest issuing one set per person and store in a ziplock bag for their personal use). Additional pads can be ordered by emailing us.
