How to use: Click your Tap 2.0 device into the pad, apply to clean dry skin (free from moisturiser or cream) on your lower back or front, and enjoy up to 1 hour of relief. Use on its own or pair with the small round electrode pads for simultaneous front and back treatment.

Reapply backing after each use and store at room temperature.
